The shop
By browsing or ordering you agree to these terms, the shipping page, and the privacy draft. You must be 18 or have a guardian’s consent.
Orders
A listing is an invitation to treat. A contract forms when we confirm the order after Paystack marks it paid. We may cancel a wrong price or a suspected fraud and refund the Paystack charge.
Prices and stock
Prices are Ghana cedis and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is the region rate at checkout, or zero for pickup. Stock numbers are live; if an item sells out after you order we will offer a wait, a swap, or a refund.
Payment
Paystack handles card and mobile money. Pending orders cancel after two hours. There is no cash on delivery.
Delivery
Risk passes on successful delivery or on collection. Give a reachable phone. Two failed attempts and the parcel waits at the shop.
Returns
Twenty-four hours from delivery for unused items in original packing. See the returns page. Manufacturer warranties, where they exist, sit beside that window.
Accounts
Keep the password. Activity on the account is treated as yours. Close it from Settings.
Law
Ghana law, including the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008. Write us first; the Ghana courts have jurisdiction if we cannot settle in thirty days.
